I'm a student at the University of South Carolina where I am majoring in English with a minor in Business Administration. I've started my own hosting and design company, and I've been a part of the industry for over four years now. In that span of time I have worked for several companies in providing sales & support.
I'm familiar with the whole process from billing systems right down to cPanel and DirectAdmin.
I've just secured a duplex and I am looking to find a solid, part time job in order to make a few bucks to help cover expenses.
When it comes to service, I am all about my job which is to provide a personal and prompt level of support to the customer. I am a fast learner and I take pride in my work, whatever line it may be. I've been on both sides of the coin. I know what sort of response is needed to run a real company.
Please note I am not looking for a sales position. I'd prefer to be paid a wage unless we can come to another agreement.

There are other skills that I have not listed. I'm a solid researcher when I don't know the answer and I can think on my feet. My English specialization will enable me to communicate well with each respective client and I have the background knowledge to handle all basic support issues.
