I am looking for a flash designer with HTML knowledge.

- I need you to animate a logo in flash, create some type of moving animation.
- Then I will need you to create some type of lighting effect on a image of a skyscraper building.
- Then I need you to expand the width of the homepage to appear like the subpages.
