Well, there is a post very similar to this not too far down the page. However, it's still worth posting.
I've been in the hosting-related industry for over 5 years. However, never worked for or owned a hosting company. But, I'd like to learn some things about support.
I'm looking for a company to let me look over their current and past support tickets so that I can learn solutions to common (or uncommon) problems that customers may have with hosting.
Obviously, I will not just sit there and do nothing. When I learn the solution to a problem, I would diagnose the problem if a new ticket is opened. However, I'd like to learn more about the hosting support field.
I would like to clarify that I'm not looking for a company to learn from and leave. Maybe some sort of "temp to hire" position. At first I will work for nothing, but as time progresses, it'd be nice to be offered small payment for my volunteer work.
