Hey, just a ques. is there any other place like elance, where people put the hosting services they want and you can give them a price?

Theres not one that I know of.
Hosts are not allowed to post specific info about their services..but you can post what your needs are and ask hosts to email you. Several hosts will create a custom package to suit the client.

Like Martie said, you can do this here, or better that you post a request in the Advertsing Forum where hosts may reply.
