Managed service options for different hosts

What managed service or server options are out there? I have some dedicated servers with a host and I pay $50 a month for a service that includes the stuff below. What do other companies provide and what are the costs?

Managed service:
Windows updates
Disk defrag
Check for errors in server logs
Check backup success or failures
Includes ping monitoring monitored by that company along with custom monitors for CF, IIS, mail ect.
