Someone stealed my Godaddy account and their support is helpless

Someone stealed the Godaddy account of a buddy...
and my buddy does not remember the PIN number...

We called support, and they ask for the credit card on file,
however it seems that the one on file is not the ours....

We know (of course) the credit card number of some of the accounts of the last transactions we made, but this information
does not serve ... What else can we do ...

Did you try forgot password option?? Just, in case you forgot using! With, godaddy you need to provide the credit card's last 3 digits with you made the purchase so, that they can get your domains back.

The whois ain't returning me any contact data, at the moment. So, what you can do is ask them why the details ain't appearing and/ or ask them to send authorization code to the email address listed in whois (pray to god, it is still yours). Then, try transferring it.

Hmm, Godaddy staff can read the CC # to verify? Interesting.

Learn from your mistakes this time and dont repeat. Get your friend to use Gmail so he doesn't have to delete anything, and can search for stuff like his pin without much trouble

They ask last 3 digits of the CC and in account area, previous digits are hidden with XX, as usual. But, not sure, if godaddy staff can read 'em whole.

It seems they can't read the whole number, also it seems that the other -sotb- guy changed the contact email.... and probably
the changed the credit card on file....

I don't think they can change the one already in logs, for the domain order placed. Godaddy people should have the record for the card, with which the name was purchased.

Not, sure if this helps in gaining your domains back.
