MySQL Upgrade

I am looking for a server management company to quote me for upgrading my MySQL version from 4.0 to 4.1. I am pretty confident that my clients scripts will break if we upgrade to 5, but I'm hoping we can handle 4.1. We're hosting sites like OSCommerce/CRELoaded. I know that 4.0 is pretty old, so going to the latest version of 4.1x make sense for security reasons and other improvements.

While I know that I could flip WHM to "4.1" and run the software upgrade, I am not confident that all the sites will work afterwards, and therefore I need a company that can:

1) Do the upgrade quickly
2) If I reply back immediately and say "sites are broken, here are links..", will check them out, see if they can fix them.. If so, fix them right away, if not, tell me that it can't be done and why, and revert back to 4.0 and put me in the same boat I'm in today as if nothing happened.

Again I'm not comfortable that the upgrade would be seamless and without errors, and further, WHM says that it's not easy to just "downgrade" back to 4.0. I need someone to ensure downgrading is quick and painless and leaves nothing to chance.

I need this whole process to take about an hour, two max. I want to limit my clients' downtime to a minimum which is why I'm not having PlatinumServerManagement do it under their $29/mo plan. This is the kind of thing I need done quickly, not in three days.

Before posting or contacting me, know that I will only hire someone from a professional company (I don't know them all, but I'm referring to places with a big reputation like Rack911, TouchSupport, etc). If you're new to the server management business and I haven't heard of you and can't backup your reputation, don't bother posting. I need a *serious* team that can meet my requirements above *to the letter*. The more confident you are about doing this exactly how I want it done, the better the chance I'll hire you to do it over the next guy.

Please reply here or shoot me a PM with your price/thoughts on the matter. I needed to have this done (3 days ago), so the sooner you can get started, get everything done, the better.

Also -- as a little background. (Again, we're running Mysql 4.027-standard)..
We have the following errors in the MYSQL table that PSM couldn't manage to fix before I simply closed to ticket out of frustration of waiting. (But what can I expect? They are great for affordable management, but now I need to pay for this job to get done quickly, and correctly).
Quote:
mysql.columns_priv
error : Can't open file: 'columns_priv.MYI'. (errno: 138)
mysql.db OK
mysql.func OK
mysql.help_category OK
mysql.help_keyword OK
mysql.help_relation OK
mysql.help_topic OK
mysql.host OK
mysql.tables_priv
error : Can't open file: 'tables_priv.MYI'. (errno: 138)
mysql.time_zone OK
mysql.time_zone_leap_second OK
mysql.time_zone_name OK
mysql.time_zone_transition OK
mysql.time_zone_transition_type OK
mysql.user
The reason I show you this is incase it would interfere with the upgrade. Currently, I'm running into intermitten issues with adding users to databases within Cpanel. Sometimes it works (somehow?) and sometimes it doesn't. It's driving me crazy. We also have problems with Horde... all things that PSM has told me is due to our "old mysql version" and a "cpanel conflict due to it being newer than mysql". Therefore, if an upgrade will make things work -- let's do it.

Did you read the thread, or just the title?

What is your association with a professional, reputable, server management company?
