Every ticket that comes through our helpdesk passes through my inbox. At the time of this posting, there has been no license transfer request placed for verification for this license.

We just received a request from a WHT liaison but, we need this request to come from the owner of the license directly.

Protocol must be followed or the transfer of this license will be denied if sold.

So now I have to send them a ticket to WHM Auto also? I already submitted a ticket into WHT support ticket system regarding this license.

Well once the auction ended I will contact WHM Autopilot to have the license transfered.
