No Xanadu Servers, has bought the remaining assets of HostFrog Corporation.
We are selling the domain, and a fully completed website design for that price.

The website is used for selling web hosting services. HostFrog has recently sold the remaining assets of our clients to Xanadu Servers, Inc.
To answer the question it did.
The site and domain name are completely branded.
Last months hits were 1,465,771
HostFrog.com is also listed in Yahoo, Google, Live for targeted keywords aswell.

How many hits is it still actively getting? Where from?
Is it safe to assume that signup's will continue once the site is put back online and email's are actively answered?

HostFrog is a respected and well known web hosting provider. I would say it is certain that signups will continue to occur when the site is put up again with either the older design or the new development.
At the present time HostFrog.com is still actively receiving 300-500 visits per day from various locations:

Can you post some stats pages so we can see the referrers and visitor stats?
$1300 is a lot of money without any proof.
