ClientExec Question

I'm now testing ClientExec but as an administrator I am not receiving any confirmation e-mails with the required details of the customer after a order has been placed using the billing system.

So how can I know that a customer has placed an order? I am unable to see any setting for doing this.

You may be looking for..

Admin --> Settings --> Signup --> E-mail For New Signups

"E-mail addresses ClientExec will send E-mail notifications to after all new signups. You can separate E-mails by a comma.
Example: support1@domain.com, support2@domain.com"

Also, check your email settings. If you have it set to an SMTP account make sure the password and server is correct.

You will also need to do the same thing in the "Support" heading under Settings. Assign emails for the ticket notifications to go to.

Paid status

Thanks. It worked.

I also want to know how can I change an outstanding invoice to paid status.

From the Dashboard (index) select "Invoices" from the bottom.

Click on check box beside the invoice you want to mark paid. Then click the "Mark as Paid" button at the bottom of the invoice list.

Dashboard --> Invoices --> Select Invoice --> Click Mark as Paid

If Invoices is not in dashboard..

Admin --> Settings --> Dashboard --> Show Outstanding Invoices
Admin --> Settings --> Dashboard --> Show Uninvoiced Work
