I am looking for somebody. I already have the desing i developed my self, but i dont know much about xhtml css and web 2. This person i am looking is going to:

1-make the desing xhtml/css based, optimize it.
2-make the desing more look like web 2
3-change the color schemes/fonts etc

This person will recreate my current desing, The basic layout will be same. But colors, web2 look, css, will be changed.
