that is the template on templatemonster. Can anyone do that design and code it to work for phpcoin at that price? I have a logo and ready to role!

I was just clearing that up for others. Your price seems a bit low for all that. The reason the TM design is so cheap is due to it not being unique and sold to many people. I myself am not a coder but a designer. I would charge $75 for just the design non-flash.
