I would like a complete new pixel art themed forum skin for my Vbulletin forum.

This forum is about Mass Multiplayer Online Chatting Communities. Nearly all mmocc's are in isometric pixel art and as a celebration for our 1 year birthday, I wanted to get the price of a skilled artist to make us a new skin.

Requirements / Project details:
- Pixel art "mascot" / Character. This will be the mascot of the forum.
- Pixel art skin (The header should involve some graphics from some of the mmocc's listed on my forum)
- Pixel art icons (All the new posts icons, etc must be pixel art)
- Pixel art badges. - What I'd like for the badges is to have the mascot icon in different uniforms. For example, for the administrators badge, we will have the mascot dressed up / in the setting of something dealing with administration... The newsletter team badge, we can have the mascot holding a newspaper, etc.
- Creativity.
- Wanting a 2 column home page like the homepage of Webhostingtalk.com - so we can put stuff on the side.

I am wanting to know a generalized price of what it would take for you to design this complete skin project.
