    Some interesting reading.

Better cut down on these nights when I sleep for under 5 hours...

I'm an 8+ hour sleeper (used to be about 12+), so I guess I'm ok.

I get roughly 7-8 hours of sleep each night. I fall asleep around 5AM (eastern time), and wake up for work around 1:00. Then goto work until 3pm-12pm. Come home and repeat the process

Hmmmmmm My partner had a heart attack 7 years ago because of stress and long hours/little sleep, it really does take the medical professionals a long time to catch on, this muct have been happening for years.

    You get that much sleep??

I'll get 3 to 4hrs in the wee hours of the morning and then grab a little nap before dinner time.
