Please note, we will do what is in the best interest for our users. Oh, and while I am at it I should add that, no we will not give you root access to our shared servers, even if you threaten to cancel and tell us how low we are for not giving you the root password.

lol do some people have no brains? haha....if they need root access so bad tell them to get a VPS...
