Could anyone make a suggestion on a good high-quality colo provider in Frankfurt, Germany? We're looking for an economical provider with a solid reputation.

On a side note, does anyone have any experience testing the quality difference between the "value" "standard" and "premium" bandwidth offered at leaseweb in Amsterdam for colocation? They say there's a latency, uptime and packet loss differential, but Im not sure that's not hype.

Have a look at ixeurope. They have 3 datacentres in Frankfurt

whatever you do, avoid lightupnet. when hardware failed and it was their contractual responsibility to replace it they made me wait over a weekend. avoid at all costs.

NetDirekt doesn't really appeal to me (check out their site - www.netdirekt.de)

ixeurope's site is pretty high-brow about their products. Hard to even talk to someone about simple colocation. Anywhere you guys know of for turnkey and competitively priced colocation?

You can use IXEurope's contact form and they'll send you an offer. I've there a lot of racks and there weren't any problems so far.

Is it possible to co-locate single servers there, and do they offer pre-set dedicated servers?

I colocate my servers in racks, but there are a few customers, who colocate only single servers there. They don't offer pre-set dedicated servers.
