Hello Henrik.
With Resell Rights, you can only sell self usage rights.
With Master Resell Rights, you can sell both of self usage rights and Resell Rights.

The original coder offered the resell/master resell rights to everyone, so who got them (like me) can sell the scripts again.
You can just search for the original coder and verify it by your self
