Need a fairly simple PHP script ( just 1 page ).

Description:
I Have a sql database that has 4 column ids.

column #1 = ip integers from
column #2 = ip integers to
column #3 = Country Abbreviations
column #4 = Country Full Name

I want a php script that functions..

if my ip integer value lies in between column#1 & column #2.

result = column #3.

if column #3 = US, CA, UK

include ("file1.php")

else ("file3.php")
