So Far, I have talked with one designer.

This is someone whom I would not recommend to anyone. Mr. Nadolski got upset that I would not pay 30%-50% of the amount for a mock up that I wasn't 100% satisfied with. He then decided to call me names and gloat about how much money he made from doing other things rather than designing websites. I then mentioned what his point was and that I make well over $70,000/month from arcade sites. He refused and called me a phony after I showed him rock solid screen shots =\

In Short; He promised that he would get it done and to my dissatisfaction he fell short on the totem pole. Simply Don't go with this guy.

To my suprise, this fellow actually posted such untasteful feedback. This person said numberous times he liked the design, I worked on six drafts within 90 minutes.

It seem's this fellow is very defensive in all reality does not know what he wants.

All Interested Parties, I would beware, this person likes people to steal graphics to suite his site purpose, aswell as taunt people with gloating about his personal life.

For someone who says they have so much money, when it comes down to paying he just wont.

Platinumn said he liked the work numberous times, I think everyone can agree you either know right off the top if the person is quailified or not, which I am. Seem's that he likes many things, but does not like to pay for his request.

Very unrespectufl, unmannered and truly unprofessional. All Developers know how it goes, You approve draft which he did than you pay 20%-50%. After Complete you pay the remainding amount and than get the copy.

Seems this person wants a 100% complete design before he will pay, than he ask's for the design .PSD and coded before he pays the rest.

Now I know theres much risk with both parties, but is it fair for someone to do so much work and in the end result not get nothing for there efforts? Well thats the case here, He liked everything, and gave a few minor changes nothing specific, when it comes to making arrangments or payment, he scares quickly!

Designers and Programmers beware of this fellow, He likes people to steal others photos, he likes getting denfensive and he like gloating about something he dosnt have.

As far as the feedback left I'll let the WHT Community decide, I uploaded a saved copy of our discussion, and as you can see, he really dosnt know what he wants except that he liked the design.

Now as you can see, I made roughly 6 different drafts of the design. He said right off the bat he liked the design and wanted me to go on, as we got more into the project he kept getting more defensive on payment, and very self-serving.

I am very sorry how this turned out, but when you tell someone you like the design and keep going, and when they ask for payment and decline, than post this nonsense shows how unprofessional and unreliable you are.

As Many developers know, alot of time is wasted with petty people such as this, they ask you to do everything and return you get nothing, yet again another proven point on why we request payment when we do.

No will complete a full design without some kind of payment or guarentee. As You can see, this person could of just said he wasnt interested in the beginning after draft, but instead he did want the design, did encourage me to progress, aswell as give no helpful tips on what changes to be made.

I would beware of this guy, he has $70,000k a month so he says, and is worried about sending a 30% deposit of no more than $75.00

Hope everyone gets a good look and can decide on there own.
- I fulfilled my end
- I progressed as he requested
- He Decided not to finish his end when payment requested.

Funny how people are self-serving to make others feel bad.

If you do make $70k a month, I guess no amount of money will teach you manners or professionalism.

Yes, I did like this. Is it enough to pay the asked 50% ($150.00) No. It is a Header for crying out loud. Finish the rest of the site - Footer? As I told you, I would pay you once I see a good mock up and then once when you are ready to deliver the files (No, This does not mean, pay after you deliver as their must be some faith somewhere).

You introduced yourself yet failed to give a portfolio.. Is it just me or do the other designers here give a introduction as to who they are (Which you did) and their portfolio? You then blame it on me because I do not know who you are / what you do.

You called me a phony, a liar, etc. Did I ever name call like we were back in grade school? No, I did not. I acted professional. I thanked you for your time various times meaning it was enough. You have a good start but lacked to finish that good start.

As I explained to you, I wanted a nice clean website. Web 2.0 with clean images that have contrasting borders.. What do you give me? white boxes with grey shadowing.

I'll admit, I do like the design but the more you work on it the more I do not like it. I did not want to take up anymore of your time hence why I kept trying to thank you and be on my way.

I do not like to steal others images, I told you, I have a CD, SENT DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURERS, THAT CONTAINS THE IMAGES THAT I WILL BE USING. When you started, You asked for images, So I just googled "Bridal" and sent the link to you. You took those images and used them then told me "we'll use your images if they are the same sized when we crop them."

You uploaded 2 of the 8 drafts.. Thats funny Why does your "Draft2.gif" image not appear? But the images for all the others are "draft1.gif" which appears. You only uploaded one image and you changed the .HTML Which was exported from AIM.

I myself am not a designer but I know I could make a better design then the crap you gave me. Out of all 10 drafts I sent, I kept renaming them draf1.gif over and over. so of course it would show only 1 photo!

You cameup with them, because they kept overwritting so you had to give each a seperate filename so you could have a copy of each.....

I didnt do that, I kept saving each draft as draft1.gif , so DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THATS WHY ITS CALLED ON the .HTML.

Everytime you sent me something, I would SAVE TO MY DESKTOP THEN VIEW IT. I hate AIM Gallery because the Size is never right. If I was OVER RIDING the images then it would be something like draft1.gif[1], draft1.gif[2], etc.
