Shared help desk/ E-mail / chat support is available for 8hrs, 16hrs and 24hrs a day.
Description: Shared helpdesk support by level1 & level2 system administrators, most of them are RHCE or MCSE. All of them carry minimum 1 years of experience in providing web hosting support & familiar with all widely used control panels and OS. 30 min. response is guaranteed and 2 hrs resolutions is targeted which may vary depending upon the problem.
Recommendation: This plan is recommended for those who are keeping in-house tech. support team and just need additional hands to clear regular issue so that in-house team can concentrate on critical issues.
Costing:Level 1-2 Shared helpdesk support ranges from $400-$600 per person per month OR $1200-$1600 per team per month where one team has 3+1 tech. support agents.
B) Dedicated Help Desk support: Level 1 & 2
Dedicated help desk/ E-mail / chat support is available for 8hrs, 16hrs and 24hrs a day.
Description: Dedicated helpdesk support by level1 & level2 system administrators, most of them are RHCE or MCSE. C) TRUE 24x7 Full Dedicated Support:
Dedicated Server management/ monitoring /help desk/ E-mail / chat support is available for 8hrs, 16hrs and 24hrs a day.
Description: Dedicated helpdesk support by level2 & level3 system administrators, most of them are RHCE or MCSE. All of them carry minimum 2-6 years of experience in providing web hosting support & familiar with all widely used control panels and OS. 30 min. response is guaranteed and 2 hrs resolutions is targeted which may vary depending upon the problem.
Recommendation: This plan is recommended for those who like to migrate whole tech. support function and concentrate on operations and sales , outsourcing the tech. support gives them an option to deploy more people on support as cost is low. Also the business setup includes chunk of unmanaged servers and in-house cost to monitor & manage the servers are too high.
