Site was started in July 2002 and I have the domain registered through 2014 with godaddy.com

1) Comes with a vbulletin license and branding fee
2) Has a custom built CMS that generates SEO frieldly articles

4) Has custom version of VB gallery for the Girls of the month
5) Has an average annual income between $ 15 - $25 K from text link advertising and banner advertising since 2004
6) is Up to Date with the latest vbulletin version > 3.6.5
7) Has a Picks of the week program installed for tournaments
