They never once state anything about a cluster or load balancing (except in the DoS section).

Either it's:
1) A special hosting platform that received very poor marketing, or
2) A regular shared hosting platform that was highly over-exaggerated

That was what I thought but was curious if anyone ran it through some stuff.
