I am looking for a professional website designer and php programmer who can make me a Events Management website.

I would prefer to be able to contact via phone. I have a good idea of how I want the website, logo, etc, to look. I also have all the details on the php script. (i.e. fields, etc.)

I would prefer to get all this from 1 person. It's a complete project.
All original layout, designs, .psds, etc will belong to me at end of project.

Will pay $300 for this via paypal.
