Just got a reseller account from MKOH.com (My Kind of Host) and wanna share with all of you about my first impression with them:
Goods:
Allow to resell UNLIMITED stuffs,
server speed acceptable,
Nice response rate from support.
Bads:
Some problems with their signup script during registration, livechat not online at that moment.
Service Status, Shopping Cart password reset and SSL section in WHM not on by default, need to request access to it.
SSH Access is not on by default, you need to provide valid proof to have access to it. Troublesome for moving accounts from old hosts, should have mentioned in this post. Jailshell is secure enough.
cPanel Pro not installed, no virus scan, leech project, etc. (Actually can be installed free of charge from cpanel website.)
General Comments:
Nice one, although some minor functions from my old host are not enabled on their server. Pricing is unbeatable and you get Fantastico De Luxe and RVSkin.
Glad to have chosen this host and recommended. :-)
