    What's Up with Webaxxs ?

    Hi All

I've been with Webaxxs for I guess over a year, and suddenly everything to do with them is down.

I can't reach either my site, their sites, or even their phone number.

    Does anyone know anything?

    Thanks.

Did you try OLM.net? They are the same company.

    Thanks, chrisb.

Yeah, I just tried it, and that site is up. So, maybe it's just a temp downtime. I still can't get through by phone. Busy, busy, busy...

    We'll see...

    Thanks, again.

I'm curious. How long has webaxxs been down?

I really can't say. My site was down when I first checked it this morning. Same for Webaxxs site. The olm.net site is still up.

I dont want to speculate, but there is a VERY high packet loss with their network, I got 94% packet loss with ping....

    Webaxxs/OLM

I got through this morning and I was told that because of the
inclement weather in Chicago one of the switching stations was down.
They had engineers working on it and expected to be up within an hour, that was about 7:45 EST. I just checked and they dont seem to be up yet.

The servers in the CT Data center appear to be up.

Many thanks, JaniceH. I appreciate the news.

Also, I gotta wonder what kind of inclement weather they're having...maybe it's raining cats and dogs and they're denting the cables...

    Thanks, again.

Yipee! I just checked and my sites are back up.

I had emailed my friend in Chicago and she said that they did have some really nasty lightning in the early morning.
