I am looking for a web designer interested in developing a design along with other graphics for a PHP based piece of software.

I'm looking for someone who can create professional nice looking design that conforms to standards and looks good in all major browsers. Javascript knowledge would be a plus but is not required. Also keep in mind this is for a piece of software will require more than just a design it may require various graphics for parts of the software.

I'm not looking at spending thousands of dollars here but I am by no means cheap either. This is also a great way to gain exposure for you or your company.
