Hi, I am pretty new at installing secure certs but I think I got 99 % of it down. The problem I am having is installing the private key file i.e. domainname.key using cPanel.

Here is what I do:

1. Copy the code in the .key file and paste it in the cPanel key installer
2. Enter the domain name in the botton accordingly
3. Click on upload button to start installation

Error comes back saying: "Unable to install .key file, please try again".

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I already have the following installed:

CSR
.CRT files
Dedicated IPs

I do not know how this work in cpanel .. but I know its easy in WHM (if you do not have access to WHM then your host do for sure), the only trick is sometimes you need to use Firefox to install the SSL
