I made some banners myself, but they arnt working very well in my campaigns, CTR is about 0.04%, 0.11% at the most.

I need 2 banners making, 468 x 60 in size. 1 animated, 1 static. I will pay $10 for static, $15 for animated, if i am happy with them.
