I am available for technical support services on per ticket or salary basis. I got 6+ years of experience in hosting industry and worked on OS like Red Hat Linux 7,9 and Enterprise series along with CentOS. Can work with WHM/cPanel and WebMin/UserMin (Worked on Plesk as well but around 3years back).

Points of interest:
+ Good in English (Though not a first language)
+ Working in hosting industry since last 6+ years
+ Comfortable with WHM/cPanel, Webmin, PLESK
+ Helpdesk used: Perldesk, Kayako, Crafty
+ Can provide Live Support
+ Have good knowledge of Linux Shell (bash) and Shell Scripts
+ Have PHP and MySQL Programming skills
+ Good in HTML/DHTML and Site Building and Website Operations
+ Pursuing Red Hat Certified Engineer course from one of the reputed global institute

Currently, I m working with a web hosting company.
I m living in India (GMT +5.30) and can work in time interval 9AM-3PM EST.

Thank you for your response. Kindly tell me, what time your business currently demand. Yes, I can be there for 8hours shift on a salary basis. I am familiar with the WHM/cPanel, PHP/MySQL, Shell Scripts etc.
