    Help! Need Alternative for Cyberwings

As my current host, Cyberwings, seems a little 'unwell', I need to transfer my host PDQ.

The main attraction of Cyberwings for me was the price (and the service quality which started out as excellent).

Does anyone know of any hosts that are of comparable (OK, a little more expensive is OK, but not hugely!)

I need FrontPage 2000 extensions, and it would be nice if I could attach MS Access databases, but that's not a must.

    I host about 100 Mb.

Answers most appreciated, as I am going rather red with the 'issues' with Cyberwings.

well from what I have seen on hear and from what I have heard from ex-cw customers ANYWHERE would be a better alternative. You best bet like said above would probably be to try posting a request and see what you get but remember 99% of the time you get what you pay for i would highly suggest trying a host month to month as opposed to yearly or bi-yearly. well best of luck to you.

Is there a problem with wisehosting.net here now? That was a weird blanking out there.

But the "ing" part of the name is still there. Is there another host with a similar name that is banned?

It's a shame CW started off with great prices and support, but now everyone's leaving because they proved otherwise.

    Moved to Eryxma

OK -- I've now moved to Eryxma. Their e-mail support seems very good, and hopefully they will not expand too fast!

I would not choose Wisehosting.net. We have had bad experiences with them. Read our post in this thread:

I have (after a pretty thorough search) chosen to move my CW hosted sites to Dixie System.
I even was able to talk to the Owner (CEO) gary himself.

Hmmnnnn I wonder if you chose them if he will give me a finders prize...maybe free lifetime unlimited 1000000mb hosting or something
