I am looking for someone to design a web hosting template with 2 or 3 subpages and complete a logo. After first contact I will send you links with my logo and website ideas. After which you will provide to me a proposal which will include your price.
1. I want a simple yet elegant XHTML/HTML/CSS and validated.
2. No flash or swish, rollovers must be CSS, not Javascript.
3. I have a basic logo already I want someone who can take the logo and complete it. I have a basic idea of what I want and layout design but I want someone who can offer some ideas/suggestions as well.
4. Please provide a sample of your work.
5. When finished you will turnover complete rights to the template including resell rights.
6. Must have a phone number for me to call if needed to clear up mis-communications.
7. I prefer to pay by PayPal.
