I am looking for a Windows VPS or DED. solution that would allow me to run 6 simultaneous remote desktop sessions.

Each remote desktop seesion would need to have its own login/pass along with its own private disk space, desktop as and IP address.

Well a Windows VPs is just like a normal Windows desktop/server so each person would have their own home directory they could access and share the rest. You just need to get something one the correct number of remote desktop licenses (should be about $5/mo per license)
