Hi,

I just got my vps from jaguarpc 2 days ago and im really impressed with everything but FTP SPEED?

I am using WS-ftp pro and my rate is 8.5 KB/S

I asked support about it and they said nothing is wrong on their side..

what to do???

Have you contacted your ISP to make sure everything is in order?

Send a traceroute to support.

nothing is wrong on my side.. i have 4 hosts..hostgator, godaddy, powervps and jaguarpc

everything is fast except jaguar

Maybe it's something between you and JaguarPC? These hosts are not on the same network, so if there is a problem on your route you may experience slowness... if I were you, I would test the connection from those other accounts you have TO the one with JaguarPC and see how it works. If with those you still get such poor rate then there is a problem.
