1. One more vote for working on that header. Very plain.
2. Aside from offering reseller plans, the wording encourages new recruits into the business. "Start your own web hosting company". If that's the case, you're missing an important section in your site - tutorials or lessons. The complete newbie is going to want his hand held and shown the ropes. You should have something like a step-by-step walk-through on what it takes to set up and run a hosting company. And the link to that section should be prominently displayed on the home page.
Just look at your home page as it is now and think about it(objectively). If you were a newbie, would the content on that page inspire you to dive into web hosting?
Good luck with the site.

This spheres at the side of a white pixel in the center. That REALLY caught my attention. Also indent the copyright notice and add a thin bar on the left and right that connect the top and bottom bars.
Logo is something to cosndier. You can make it (the whole layout) a lot better by changing the colors a little bit - may a bit darker bright blue. Also, thos M&M candies don't serve any purpose and they your site look ugly. If you get rid of those alone, you will see how different and better will look.
Definately a new logo would help, as Gurudev said, removing the "candies" would make the page look more professional, and would also make the page fit without me having to maximize the page on my 1024x768 rez.
