need a designer/xhtml-css coder

Hello, I am starting a project and needs a webdesigner and coder.

1) Must either post some past work or PM me.
2) Must be coded via XHTML/CSS standards (no tables please)
3) I will have full rights to the psd (yes, PSD, so photoshop is a must)
4) Must also incorporate the design in a popular script (Uploader by CeleronDude , google it if you want more info abotu it).

Also, post or PM , how much you are expecting to be paid.

For what you are asking for

i can easily do the web desing for 125$, now this includes
1. basic logo
2. XHTML CSS designed website
3. a choice of web2.0 or a custom design
4. .PSD will full rights and Fonts
5. All the icons i put in are yours.

Now if you want intergration with A script
thats would be starting from 35$ if its template bit, if not then around 15$

Btw, The design SHOULD not be anything complicated.
Keep it simple as possible.
I belive that should lower the cost a lot
