Ok I know this isnt the most appropriate place for this but I'm hoping someone here has faced this issue. I have a web server running CentOS 4.3 w/cpanel, using courier-imap and exim for mail services. I need to know if its possible to recover some emails that were deleted from a user account. I have sifted through my cpanel backups but from the looks of it they were just made, so they arn't much help. The old cpanel backups would do the trick but I fear they are gone. Is there anywhere on the server I can look for the old emails, or some place, some thing I can do to restore the old emails? I'm getting a tad desparate as the emails are of great importance. Any guidance or assitance is appriciated. Thanks.
