Need web designer ... TODAY!

Hi,

I am looking for someone who can take a psd file of an ad that was ran in a magazine and turn it into a website. The website doesn't need to look exactly like the ad, I just want to have the same "feel" .... I am needing someone who could work on this today. If someone could just make up the homepage and one subpage maybe, I could fill in the rest ... I basically just need a layout done ...

Hey guys, i was able to get someone to help me with the ad ...

Can anyone here do really simple flash, I basically need 3 images to fade in and out, and to link up the links in the images ... the images I have already have the link menu in it, I just need the links themselves inserted for the flash file ....

I have a guy that usually helps me, but he must be really busy at the moment and I need this done ASAP. Thanks! ...
