Hi, I am looking for someone who can setup a basic website to look something simular (not exactly) the same as this: http://tutoring.sylvanlearning.com/index.cfm

This job will be paying $10 per hour and I have budgeted about 5 hours for this. I will also pay per hour for any updates if the customer has them.

I am looking for someone who I can count on long term but for this project I am wanting someone soon.
