Ive been mucking around with various hosts for 8 or so years now and never felt the urge to give props to a host before but ive got to say something about Idologic and how outstanding their service and support has been over the last two years.
Most posters on the board place support over everything as a deciding factor in rating a host. Idologic has never taken more than a few hours to respond to a support ticket, even in the wee hours. Responses are always logical and helpful. Sometimes they even go ahead and correct one of my snafu's on the fly. Not enough can be said about their support staff.
Service....i could not think of one valid complaint in two years. Sites are always up and performing as they should. What more can be said.
That type of service and support makes it easy for me a freelance consultant. I dont have to constantly monitor a service, its runs pretty much on auto. One less thing among many that i need to concern myself with daily.
To me, Idologic is worth every penny i give them. I hope that I never have to change hosts.

If anyone has had any negative experiences with Idologic i would like to hear about them, just out of curiousity.
