Decide for yourself

I looked into them, before I went with www.earhost.com

Data Packets NEVER answered their phones or returned emails so I did some digging and came up with this. Maybe this will help you decide

From Better Business Bureau of Central Florida

You could try emailing them, and still be waiting for a reply like me over 8 months later

DataPacket is BAD news!! I was with them. Support doesn't even exist!! They don't answer E-mails, phone calls, nothing!!

Sites and services are constantly going down.

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

Unlimited means bad. They basically offer unlimited everything.

And if you search them you'll find the list of complains goes on and on.

I've been with them before, they cancel my account 5 days after I signup and no refund!
