Typical. After posting this i catched the company by phone. He told me it would be up and running in a couple of hours, so i hope it will.

Ok...This company is not one to trust, even though you talk to them. 8 hours ago he told me(by phone) it would be running in a couple of hours, and still nothing is running. Not even an email explaining some good reason! Grrrrr.....

If you think that's bad, just wait until you need a server rebooted.

I had a test box with them, and it took on average over 20 hours per reboot... and in one case, it was almost 2 days!

Thats sick!

The reason i choose this guy was because my friend has the exact same product, and for some reason it was set up in a couple of hours.

He ordered another VPS a couple of minuttes after i placed my order and is now having the same problems as me.

BTW:

The customer service number given to you by paypal is not his phonenumber!

Got him on the phone again, dont think its the actual company that i talked to. My guess is that he has some callcenter handling his calls. Why i think this is because the guy i talked to seemed to have a hard time understanding what i said, and that kinda weird considering this is a U.S based company!

Well...I was this time promised that it would be set up right away So lets see again.

Couldent help myself, so i gave him one more call.
The message was now changed from "We will set it up right away" to "We will set it up in a couple of hours"

As a person who used to work at Dynu, I can agree with all your complaints. It took them ~48 hours to answer their own employee, and even longer sometimes.

I stay away from there now.

Guess what...No server! This is getting weird

Dougy im glad you are out of there. Beeing an employee must have been even worse than beeing a customer. I wonder how late the paychecks were (not a question)
