    Can you see this image?

    http://www.academyofradianthealth.com/new_lotus.jpg

I was told by a user that this image above doesn't show for him at all, in any browser, (IE and FF are all he's tried), on numerous computers where he is in the South East US. I've resaved it, reuploaded and haven't had a single issue seeing it from here. I've asked others, so far all can see it.

    Can you?
If not, can you provide some info to help track this down, hopefully?
OS and version, browser and version, please.

While I can see it fine, I note that the image contrast is quite low, and might not display well on 'video challenged' systems, or some types of poorly-performing monitors. However, you indicate that they've used more than one computer system, so that doesn't seem likely to me.

I can . From Mexico City, Internet Explorer.

Ask if he is getting a 404 error, or as the other user said, maybe because the image is low contrst, he cannot see it because of his monitor settings

Good for me. (Australia, Windows Firefox, IE6, IE7, Linux wget).

My bet would be a screwed-up invisible proxy server at his ISP. Try just copying it to another filename and see if he can see that.

I think it is so faint, it might have something to do with LCD monitor, graphics card adapter and settings.

It's intentionally faint, as it's being used for a background. Interestingly, this client said he could originally see the image, and all of a sudden could not. Nothing I've done has made it so he can once again view it.
    Odd issue.
