Hello all,

I am looking for a designer for a small project I have. I need a coded XHTML Template (a PSD would be nice, but is not necessary). The template does not have to be XHTML Strict (as long as it uses valid XHTML and a CSS style sheet, it can have tables). I don't have too many specifications, and probably a template already created (but unique!) would suffice.

My budget for this is pretty low, around $100 USD. I would prefer to pay via PayPal, but other payment methods can be arranged.
