hey guys and girls, a want to have my own personal site, but am looking for a script that has a built in main page, blog and image gallery, thats all am looking for on my web site, just wonderin if theres any software out there that has those features and maybe more, and also if skins can be custom made... if possible..

Personally, I use wordpress and gallery to deal with things nicely.
WP has some of the best plugins and themes available for a personal blog, and the plugins for gallery work excellent. In addition, in case you want to go crazy and add a youtube, google, even myspace video to your page, it can easily be embedded using various plugins
