[Suffolk Designs]

Hi,

I am trying to find some software but cannot remember it's name, any help appreciated. Here is what I do know

It is a windows application
It is used for creating exe files where buttons can be added to the application being created in an easy to use gui and they can call local commands or load URL's in a frame.
I believe the main colour scheme of the application was orange.
It was paid software in the several hundred dollars area

Possibly the name of this software may have contained the word "media" but I am not sure on that one.
