Hey,

I don't remember the name of this control panel, but I want to try it out.

It was like one built with its own billing system, ftp etc.

Can anyone remember the name?

Nah, it's like their own cPanel + billing etc. It's not Hsphere etc. Searched through 30 pages, and still not found it.

If you're asking about our experience of Helm built-in billing, no, we dont use it. We use ModernBill as our billing system. You can check on Helm forums

i think plesk is great for u i do like it i hope my hosting install it for me they use cpanel

Here's another one for you: HSPComplete. I don't know if that's the one that you're thinking of; I just thought I'd mention it in case it is.

My current host is in the process of gradually moving all of their customers to that control panel. Although it looks like it's probably a very powerful control panel, I don't like the way it's laid out. I can't really put my finger on it; all I can say is that it doesn't seem very intuitive.
