We need a support representative with superb writing skills. The primary purpose of this representative is to summarize level 3 type tickets and correspond with our admin teams or datacenter. Troubleshooting skills are not required, but they are recommended. We are not asking you to solve level 3 issues. We are only asking you to communicate with our admin team regarding the problem, understand the issue, and respond back to the client in a professional manner. Again, great writing skills are a must! You must also be able to oversee tickets at least 5 days a week.
