Some reminders for new clients:
- We are not a huge dedicated server company like others, so we do not have all the hardware preinstalled and ready for action, but we order it when we receive an order. We cannot provision within 24 hours or even two or three days, since when we get an order, we order it from our hardware vendor, ship it in, test it, install it and put it in our racks. Ofcourse we have spare hardware in our data room, but we do not provide instant setup.
- We send out invoices and expect payment by wire transfer, anything other we currently do not support. We tried paypal and CC, but too many fraudulent orders came trough, since we are not a huge provider, this is too much risk for us (for now).
That is refreshening right? Hearing the truth. We want to work with our clients for years to come, so we will tell you what you can or cannot expect from us.
