That is superb, is that 4800 combined bandwidth? Or 2400 in and out seperately? Do you have RHEL 4 as an option? (my preferred OS)

Hello. I am new to the dedicated hosting and a bit confused....

When I see offers on dedicated server sites, and they say 1000GB/mo traffic, does this also mean 500 in 500 out?? Because its the first time I am aware of something like that....

PS. What "bandwidth in" could mean? The owner uploading content to the server? Because if that's the case, I think it is very difficult for a server owner to upload 2400 GB /month..... Usually the files uploaded to a server are very small....Hardly up to 1 GB....

Can I ask something else?

100% Service Level Agreement means, that you currently have an uptime of 100% for the last year, or you simply guarantee that if a 100% uptime is not met, you will compensate the customer?

This is not particular to Liquid Web or anything. An SLA is a formal agreement between a Service Provider and customers to provide a certain level of service. Penalty clauses might apply if the SLA is not met.
