Developed Site: Private BitTorrent tracker for video game soundtracks.
Hi. I run a private BitTorrent tracker for video game soundtracks called Gamer's Zion.
I don't have any hard traffic statistics (couldn't get awstats working properly, don't really want to fuss with it), but I'd like to have a rough estimate of what it would be worth. To give an idea as to what kind of traffic we get, we moved to a new PHP tracker software and lost all of our torrents/users on Feb 19th. As of now, there are 566 registered users and 120 torrents. Most of our members are pretty dedicated to the site as well, because of the community aspects of a private BitTorrent tracker.
Here's the Alexa ranking page: http://info.alexa.com/data/details/t...amerszion.com/
Anyway, have a look and tell me what you guys think: http://www.gamerszion.comLast edited by TrickyPhillips; 03-05-2007 at 01:45 AM.

Most who know better take anything that Allexa shows with a grain of salt. It looks grand to the uninformed and unfamiliar but to other webmasters its meaningless. I like the domain name but without any true traffic stats the site is hard to value.
How many web hosts does it take to screw in a light bulb?

Yes, you're right. I still find it to be a fair method of comparing one site to another though.
Anyway, here are my traffic stats: http://www.gamerszion.com/webalizer/
Most of the traffic is from BitTorrent clients though, as you'll notice.Last edited by TrickyPhillips; 03-05-2007 at 05:42 AM.
